Services bundle with products
- We provide phone support from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Mondays to Fridays (not including public holidays) and next business day onsite support when necessary.
- We also provide extra service for emergency onsite to support outside business hours.
- We will perform an onsite maintenance review every 3 months.
- We provide 4 hours of training where documentation is provided including videos.
